The University of Alaska is offering for sale or lease, directly or through a real estate broker, an approximately 12,000 square foot, 2-story steel frame office building on .98 acres located at 3330 Industrial Avenue in Fairbanks, Alaska.  This parcel was most recently utilized as lab and office space for a University of Alaska, Fairbanks educational program.  The building was constructed in 1974, with upgrades completed in 2006.  There are multiple entrances on both stories of the building and a large parking area.  The parcel is zoned General Use -1.  The asking price for sale or lease is Fair Market Value. The disposal plan is effective until the parcel is sold or leased.
